Position Purpose
This position oversees the quality teams at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital. Responsibility for ensuring excellent performance quality outcomes, including registry data, performance improvement, data analytics, regulatory, patient safety, and infection prevention. This highly skilled professional will strive, in a fast-paced environment, to lead strategic initiatives across the community hospitals to improve patient care, safety, and quality outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulations and drive continuous improvement efforts.
What you will do

Develop and implement an organizational quality and patient safety framework for the organization monitoring of key performance indicators

Lead a large team consisting of clinical and non-clinical team members with the responsibility of development and oversight of Quality & Patient Safety strategic

Oversee the identification of meaningful overall organizational quality data and measurements, ensuring they are reported and shared through reports, presentations, and education

Develop overall department budget to complement strategic directions within existing fiscal constraints
Minimum Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) required

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business preferred

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required

Prior leadership/management experience in Quality & Patient Safety in healthcare setting required

Three (3) years of relevant leadership and management experience within a health‑system setting preferred
