The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and administering nursing services management activities under the direction of the CNO. Organizes and administers specific departments of Patient Care Services to attain the objectives as established by the CNO and hospital administration. Coordinate and administer the nursing staffing and scheduling systems. Develops skills and knowledge necessary to advance to a Chief Nursing Officer position at another network hospital.
