Responsibilities The Registered Nurse delivers, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with treatment team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The Registered Nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Qualifications Education:Graduatefrom an accredited program of professional nursingrequired;Bachelor’s Degreepreferred.
Experience:Aminimum of two (2)years experiencein a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
Licensure:Currentlylicensed to practice by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements:CPR certificationand successful completion of HWCwithin90 daysof employment and prior toassistingin a seclusion/restraintintervention Mayberequiredto work overtime and flexible hours.
