Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nursed (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for an 2-year-old pediatric patient in a home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and flexible environment.Overnight shift.

💼 Position Details

Patient: 2-year-old child (pediatric care)
Setting: Patient’s home in Westley Chapel, FL
Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (12-hour Overnight shift)

📅 Flexible Schedule Options

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

3 Days/Week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
OR
4 Days/Week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

🩺 Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
Monitor patient condition and report any changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
Communicate effectively with family and care team
G-tube Managment

✅ Qualifications

Active Florida LPN license or RN
Pediatric experience preferred (but not required)
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
Strong clinical and communication skills
CPR certification (required)
Reliable transportation
