Pay - The anticipated wage for this position is between $87 to $96. . Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse (RN), you will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care in an ambulatory CV transplant setting. You'll play a key role in patient assessment, care planning, education, and coordination-helping patients and families navigate complex treatment journeys with confidence and support.
What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care that supports healing and recovery

Assess, interpret, and monitor patient data to develop and adjust care plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement care

Educate patients and families on self-care, treatment plans, and prevention strategies

Respond quickly to clinical changes and initiate appropriate interventions

Promote a safe, compliant, and high-quality care environment

Prioritize and manage multiple clinical responsibilities effectively

Support team development through mentoring, teaching, and collaboration

Utilize clinical systems and technology (including EMR) for documentation and communication

Contribute to continuous improvement, professional development, and nursing excellence
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Active California RN license
-
Current American Heart Association BLS certification

Strong communication skills in English
Preferred Background

Experience in CT surgery, transplant, or CVICU (adult population)

Ambulatory care experience

Familiarity with Epic EMR

Pay Details: $87.00 to $96.00 per hour
