LVN / LPN - 1:1 Student Support (High School Setting)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN/LPN to provide one-to-one nursing care for a student in a high school setting. This full-time position follows the school schedule and offers an excellent work-life balance with consistent daytime hours.
Position Overview
The LVN/LPN will support a wheelchair-bound student throughout the school day, providing essential nursing care and personal assistance to ensure safety, comfort, and successful participation in school activities.
Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care during the school day

Assist with toileting and brief changes
-
Manage and monitor G-tube feedings
-
Support mobility needs for a wheelchair-bound student

Communicate with school staff and care team as needed

Follow care plans and document services accurately
Qualifications
-
Active LVN or LPN license (state-appropriate)

Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
-
Experience with G-tubes and mobility support preferred (training provided)

Compassionate, reliable, and student-focused

Ability to pass background checks

Interview required prior to placement
Training & Support

Paid training and shadowing provided

Thorough orientation prior to the first day with the student
