AdventHealth will bring a 60-acre health and wellness campus to Lake Nona in late 2026. This location will offer medical innovations on a campus designed around whole person health with comprehensive services, destination lifestyle programs, and much more that will shape the next generation of health care.
We are proud to be a part of the growing Lake Nona community with an established comprehensive network of care. Our services include emergency services, urgent care, a wide range of medical specialists (including primary care), lab, imaging, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation.

Rounds and assesses patient care units to evaluate patient conditions, identify staffing needs, and provide support to caregivers.

Advises and directs nursing personnel, responds to Code Blue situations, and manages clinical emergencies.

Acts as liaison for patient movement and bed assignments, promoting cost-effective management of staffing, equipment, and supplies.

Represents nursing administration during off-shifts, authorizes consent or treatment during admissions, and serves as incident commander for disasters. Provides direction and collaborates with hospital leadership during significant events, including organizational codes and system downtimes.

2+ years leadership experience as an assistant nurse manager and/or nurse manager or equivalent (i.e. charge nurse, chair nursing practice council, cn3, cn4) [Preferred]
