BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN - Charge Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Neuro unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development.
Position Overview
The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.

Requirements

Active Florida RN license
-
BLS certification
-
Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
