Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established Family Medicine Clinic in Waterloo, Iowa . Responsibilities
-
Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages
-
Conduct patient assessments, perform examinations, and manage chronic and acute conditions
-
Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans
-
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
-
Deliver patient education and preventive health guidance
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
-
Participate in quality improvement and clinic initiatives
Qualifications
-
ARNP or PA-C with current Iowa licensure (or ability to obtain)
-
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or relevant specialty
-
Previous primary care experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply

Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered mindset
