Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatric (Contract)
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) with an interest in Psychiatric care for a contract opportunity serving adult patients with mental health, neurodevelopmental, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. This role offers the chance to support individuals on their recovery journey in a structured, team-oriented environment.

12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

36 or 36/48 hours per week

Every other weekend required
Responsibilities
-
Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to psychiatric patients
-
Support treatment plans for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, and IDD
-
Accurately document patient care using the EPIC electronic medical record system
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
-
Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Orientation & Training
-
Orientation: 2-4 weeks, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
-
No time off or call-outs permitted during orientation
-
First Day: Always begins on a day shift
-
Timekeeping System: Kronos
Requirements

Active RN license (license verification required)

Ability to pass background and compliance screenings

Willingness to complete required documentation and onboarding forms

Client interview required (conducted via phone)
