Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible start options like 8:30 AM)

What You'll Bring
We're looking for detail-oriented nurses who thrive in analytical environments.
Must-Haves:

Active RN or LVN license

Strong data analysis & Excel skills

Experience beyond bedside care

Ability to interpret reports and ensure data accuracy

Understanding of healthcare processes, complaints & grievances
Ideal Background:

Health plan or administrative healthcare experience

Quality improvement, compliance, or audit exposure

Comfort working with reporting tools and datasets

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring data integrity and improving healthcare operations:

Analyze Appeals & Grievances (A&G) data
-
Validate reports from health plan partners
-
Maintain and update tracking systems/spreadsheets
-
Create weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports
-
Support audits (UM, pharmacy, credentialing, etc.)

Review documentation for regulatory compliance

Collaborate across teams like compliance & finance

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
