Staff Provider (APRN) - Full-Time
Salary: $177,000
Position Overview
The Staff Provider (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) delivers comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and injuries. This role operates within the scope of APRN practice and is responsible for patient assessments, treatment planning, prescribing medications, performing procedures, and coordinating referrals. The provider ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to clinical protocols and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care

Perform patient history intake and physical examinations

Conduct thorough assessments and document all findings

Diagnose and treat acute and common illnesses and injuries

Develop and implement treatment plans, including medications and referrals

Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice

Order and interpret laboratory tests
Patient Support & Education

Provide patient education and document all interactions
-
Respond to special patient needs, including assistance with PAP (Patient Assistance Program) medications

Deliver culturally competent and patient-centered care
Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive patient information

Comply with all organizational policies and healthcare regulations
Team Collaboration & Operations

Collaborate with physicians, providers, and staff to ensure coordinated care

Communicate professionally to maintain a positive work environment

Participate in meetings, peer reviews, committees, and training sessions

Assist in managing patient flow and reducing wait times

Maintain flexibility to work across locations and varied schedules (including evenings/weekends)
Qualifications
Required
-
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution

Unrestricted license to practice or eligibility for licensure
Preferred
-
Previous ambulatory care or outpatient clinical experience

Experience with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model

Spanish language proficiency

Pay Details: $177,000.00 to $176,999.00 per year
