PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Priority Care (Walk‑In Clinic) team in Cottage Grove, Oregon. This is a full‑time opportunity within a collaborative, well‑supported clinic environment embedded in a primary care setting.
Practice broad‑scope urgent and walk‑in care while enjoying a 4‑day work week in a close‑knit community known for outdoor access and work‑life balance.

Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm
