Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Medical Group Practice (Outpatient)
Location: Greater Charleston, WV
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday - Friday
Travel: Regional weekly travel between medical group practices (mileage reimbursement provided)
Pay Range: Competitive hourly rates based on experience
What's the Job?
As an LPN in a medical group practice, you will support providers and clinical teams by delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care, including:

Assisting physicians and advanced practice providers with patient care and treatment

Taking and documenting vital signs and patient histories

Administering medications and injections in accordance with state regulations
-
Performing clinical procedures such as wound care, specimen collection, and EKG preparation
-
Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and education during visits and procedures
-
Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic health record (EHR)
-
Supporting appointment scheduling and patient flow within a busy outpatient setting
-
Traveling weekly between assigned physician offices to meet patient-care demands
What's Needed?
-
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of West Virginia
-
Previous experience in an outpatient or physician practice setting preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and patient confidentiality
-
Willingness to travel regionally as needed
