The Psychiatric or Mental/Behavioral Health LPN delivers essential nursing care to patients in psychiatric units, behavioral health hospitals, and community mental health settings. The LPN supports individuals experiencing a wide range of mental or behavioral health conditions and contributes to patient stabilization, safety, and therapeutic care. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and alongside an interdisciplinary team, the LPN must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to respond confidently in dynamic behavioral health environments.
Minimum Requirements

Current LPN license in the state of assignment

One year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred
-
Current CPR, if applicable
-
TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable
-
Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
