Job Title: Registered Nurse Case ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support our Workers' Compensation processes and safety training initiatives. This role will guide employees through workplace injury protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between employees, HR, and insurance providers while contributing to the development of occupational health and safety programs.
Responsibilities

Guide employees through the process of completing workers' compensation forms after workplace injuries.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of injury reports in compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Act as a liaison between employees, HR, and insurance providers for claims management.

Partner with the EHS team to develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.

Conduct safety orientations for new hires and refresher sessions for existing staff.

Maintain records of safety training and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Stay current on OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and workers' compensation laws.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety programs.
Essential Skills
-
Valid California Registered Nurse License.

Experience in workers comp filing.

Strong written communication and documentation review.

Active RN license in the state of employment.

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (occupational health or case management preferred).

Knowledge of OSHA standards, workers' compensation processes, and workplace safety regulations.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
