AdventHealth will bring a 60-acre health and wellness campus to Lake Nona in late 2026. This location will offer medical innovations on a campus designed around whole person health with comprehensive services, destination lifestyle programs, and much more that will shape the next generation of health care.
We are proud to be a part of the growing Lake Nona community with an established comprehensive network of care. Our services include emergency services, urgent care, a wide range of medical specialists (including primary care), lab, imaging, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation.

Monitors the recovery of discharged patients through the Patient Call Back Program.

Calls discharged patients at designated times to ensure patient satisfaction and compliance with discharge education.

Assesses patient knowledge, compliance, and understanding of discharge instructions through outbound calls.

Identifies gaps or barriers in the discharge treatment plan and communicates effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.

Provides and reinforces patient and family education as planned by the discharge team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills [Required]

Field of Study:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Work Experience:

3+ as a licensed vocational nurse [Required]

Basic level of experience with Microsoft Word and ability to navigate a Windows environment. [Required]

Skill in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care as acquired through clinical nursing [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
