Position Overview
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
Pay Rate: $55/hr
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p (40 Hours per Week)
Available Positions:
Interview Required: Yes
On-Call: $5/hr
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49/mile
Responsibilities

Provide direct, physician-prescribed in-home patient care

Deliver skilled one-on-one nursing services
-
Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans
-
Complete comprehensive clinical documentation
-
Accompany patients to appointments or activities when required
-
Maintain accurate documentation using the OASIS charting system
Requirements
-
Active Maryland RN License or Compact RN License
-
Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
-
Oasis experience required
