Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Travel Home Health contract in Monroe, LA . This assignment runs for approximately 12 weeks, providing in-home clinical care to patients within a 50-mile radius of Monroe.

Job Details
· Location: Monroe, LA
· Pay: $33-$36/hour
· Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
· Contract: October 2026-January 2027
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
· On-Call/Weekend: One weekend per month
Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
· Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
· Follow individualized care plans and assist with ongoing patient needs.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
· Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned service area.
· Participate in the required weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements
· Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
· At least one year of nursing experience.
· Ability to provide in-home patient care.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $36.00 per hour
