Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Home Health contract in Jefferson City, MO . This assignment provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout a 10-county coverage area.

Job Details
· Location: Jefferson City, MO 65109
· Pay: $33-$36/hour, mileage reimbursed between patient visits
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
· Dress Code: Navy or black scrubs
Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
· Perform head-to-toe patient assessments and monitor changes in health status.
· Provide wound care and other nursing treatments as ordered.
· Educate patients on disease processes, medications, and treatment plans.
· Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
· Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and the healthcare team.
· Coordinate patient care and follow established clinical protocols.
· Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned 10-county coverage area.
· Participate in the rotating weekend schedule as required.
Requirements
· Active LPN license.
· IV certification required.
· Strong patient assessment and clinical documentation skills.
· Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.
· Availability to work Monday through Friday and participate in the rotating weekend schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
· Home health nursing experience.
· Wound care experience.
· Lab draws and specimen collection.
· Foley catheter insertion.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $36.00 per hour
