Responsibilities May Include:
- Medication administration
- Skilled nursing assessments
- Trach/vent care (if applicable)
- G-tube management
- Wound care
- Patient & family education
Accurate documentation Requirements:
- Active GA RN or LPN license (or compact)
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license
- TB test (current per guidelines)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
