How you'll contribute
AState Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) who excels in this role:
Performs selected basic patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Serves as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team
Provides patient care activities and non‑professional services to support patient comfort and personal needs
Conducts pre‑anesthesia assessments and assists in developing patient‑specific anesthesia care plans under supervision
Administers and manages anesthesia (general, regional, and local) under the direction of a CRNA or anesthesiologist
Monitors patient vital signs and responds appropriately to changes during surgical procedures
Assists with airway management, including intubation and ventilation support
Provides post‑anesthesia care, including patient monitoring, pain management, and documentation
Physically assists patients and responds appropriately to patient emergencies
Identifies and helps resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services
Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures
Works collaboratively as part of a clinical care team in a fast‑paced environment

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Additional requirements include:
- State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification (CNA)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills
Exercises sound judgment and decisive decision‑making
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Capable of functioning effectively in a fast‑paced, stressful environment
Takes appropriate action when faced with urgent or high‑pressure situations
