Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Interventional Radiology Nurse (IR RN) to join a leading healthcare team in Palo Alto, CA. What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patients throughout interventional radiology procedures

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and respond quickly to changing patient conditions

Collaborate with physicians, radiology staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery expectations, and post-care instructions

Utilize advanced imaging and clinical technology to support high-quality patient care
-
Maintain accurate documentation including patient assessments, medications, sedation records, interventions, and patient outcomes within the EMR

Work with specialized imaging and monitoring equipment used during angiograms, embolizations, biopsies, drain placements, stent procedures, and vascular interventions

Support a positive team environment through communication, collaboration, and mentorship

Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification

BSN preferred
-
Strong communication skills in English

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced procedural environments

Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, procedural, or critical care experience preferred
Pay
The anticipated wage for this position is between $76.00 and $82.00 per hour. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
