School-Based LVN (1:1) - Riverside County Pay: $32-$34 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 30 hours per week School Year: 2026-2027
Position Overview
A dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is needed for a 1:1 school-based assignment supporting a student throughout the school day. This position is located in Riverside County and will run for the full upcoming school year.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 medical support to an assigned student during all school activities

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and district protocols

Monitor and document the student's health status and respond to changes promptly

Support the student in the classroom, during transitions, and on transportation if required

Communicate regularly with the School Nurse, teachers, and family

Maintain accurate and timely health documentation
Requirements
-
Active California LVN License
-
Current CPR/BLS certification
-
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Ability to work independently and follow individualized health plans

Strong communication and teamwork skills
