Description
The RN Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the clinical staff (MA, LVN, RN) in the assigned community practice.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee daily clinical operations including supply management and workflow coordination to ensure efficient clinic performance.

Provide triage support and direct patient care as needed to maintain safe and timely service delivery.

Supervise, coach, and mentor clinical staff; conduct training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.

Support recruitment efforts including interviewing, onboarding, and developing new clinical team members.

Work alongside providers and clinical staff on the floor, assisting with procedures, medication verification for MA staff, rooming patients, and conducting nurse visits.

Ensure clinical workflows, processes, and equipment remain compliant, safe, and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards in collaboration with Ambulatory Nursing leadership.

Monitor operational efficiency to reduce overtime, decrease patient wait times, and improve overall patient, staff, and provider satisfaction.
Salary Range: $128,500 - $298,100/annually Qualifications

Current California RN License
-
BSN or MSN with 2 years of recent experience

3 years of recent ambulatory experience*, preferably in an urgent care or emergency department setting (staff nurse/charge nurse/manager)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
