Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is a full-service, non-profit Catholic hospital, sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy and a member of Trinity Health.
Job Summary:
Functions in first-line management/clinical leadership role in coordinating patient care activities in the Observation Unit; ensures appropriate staffing and coverage for unanticipated needs as well as long and short term staff scheduling; promotes teamwork and collegial relationships with, and among staff; intervenes appropriately and keeps the Executive Director informed of departmental issues.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience & Skills:
-
Previous 2-3 years experience as a Nurse Manager in an observation unit and or experience working in the ED

Excellent leadership and organizational skills, focused on customer service
Licensure/Certification:

Florida RN license

ACLS
-
BLS
