What You Can Expect
As an LPN or CMA Float Pool team member, you'll play an important role in supporting providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience across multiple clinic settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to expand their clinical skills across different specialties and patient populations.
In this role, you will:

Provide direct clinical support and patient education in partnership with providers and care teams

Float between clinic locations in Ketchum and Hailey based on operational needs

Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and prepare patients for exams and procedures

Assist with in-office procedures and perform clinical tasks within scope, including injections, medication administration, and specimen collection

Support clinic operations with laboratory-related duties as needed

Build strong relationships with patients and teammates while adapting to the unique workflow of each clinic

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassionate, high-quality care
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
(AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NAHP, or equivalent)* Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
OR
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Current, unrestricted Idaho LPN license or compact eligibility

Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications

! year of Previous ambulatory or clinic experience

Laboratory experience, including specimen collection and basic lab workflows
