Join an established team of neonatologists and APPs

Call structure: TBD (24/7 Neonatologist and APP coverage model)

Practice setting: Inpatient (Level III NICU)

Access to Sunrise Clinical Manager EMR, therapeutic hypothermia, jet ventilation, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA), and a ground-only critical care transport team

Employed position within a nonprofit health system

Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), Neonatal-trained Physician Assistant (PA), or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) with a NICU residency

Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration

Manage complex medical treatments and diagnostic pathways for critically ill newborns, executing specialized bedside procedures such as intubations, umbilical line placements, lumbar punctures, and thoracentesis/chest tube placements.

Attend high-risk deliveries to provide immediate stabilization, direct critical newborn care, and participate as a core member of the regional ground transport team to manage neonatal transit across the state.

Master's or Doctorate degree required; at least 1 year of clinical experience in a Level III or IV NICU is preferred

What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
