What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking

Proven track record of leadership specifically within an Emergency Department setting.

Understanding of patient throughput and know how to optimize flow and improve the patient experience.

While the core schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, there is a need for operational flexibility to meet the needs of the department.
