Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, environmental, and developmental health status.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, monitor patient responses, and document all related activities accurately. * Document patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in medical records to ensure continuity of care.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and preventive care.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and support staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care delivery.

Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations to stabilize and provide necessary care to patients.
Education:
Work Experience:
- 1+ in an acute care setting [Preferred]
