Registered Nurse -Med/Surg Float Pool (Night Shift)
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center | Full-Time | 0.90 FTE
Salary Range: $56.92-$86.09/hour, plus $3.50/hour Resource Team differential and $7.75/hour night shift differential.
Compensation is based on collective bargaining agreement.

What You'll Do

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with professional standards and unit protocols

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs

Document care accurately and timely

Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members' competencies

Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives

Stay current through ongoing education and professional development
What You Bring
-
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

Licensure: Active RN license in Washington (or ability to obtain)

Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required for consideration.
