Schedule & Hours

Full-time: 40 hours per week

Rotating schedule including open, mid, and close shifts

Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Thursday: 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage patients to create a positive care experience

Collect vitals and patient intake information with accuracy

Support patient education and reinforce after-care instructions

Complete required documentation and forms thoroughly

Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications

Active Wisconsin LPN license
