Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse in Charlotte, NC. This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience
Type: Three-month contract
Schedule: 32 hours guaranteed, 8:00AM - 4:30 (Monday-Friday)
Coverage Areas: South Charlotte, East Charlotte, & Union County
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders.
· Perform routine clinical tasks including medication reconciliation, wound care, vital signs, and patient assessments.
· Complete OASIS documentation for patient care
· Accurately document care provided in the electronic medical record (EMR).
· Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and care plans.
· Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
· Maintain compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma / GED
· Active LPN license in North Carolina
· Experience in Home Health
· HomeCare HomeBase Experience
· Valid Driver's License
