Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Registered Nurse for our client in Breese, IL!
Type: 2 + months, with potential for extension
Pay Range: $53 to 55/hr
Location: Coverage areas: Clinton County, Washington County, Marion County, Bond County, Madison County, St. Clair County.
Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday; 40 hours a week
· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
· On Call requirement: 1 weekend a month; 1 weekday a week
Responsibilities of the RN:
· Providing home health services to patients within our service area to include, but not limited to, Admission visit with Oasis, skilled nurse visits providing skilled care to patients with wounds, catheters, PICC lines.
· Performing physical assessments and communicating with Physicians and providers.
· Initiating and continuing plan of care for home health patients.
· Attending weekly Case Conference.
Qualifications for the RN:
· Current IL RN license
· Home Health Experience
· CPR Certification
