Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our RN, you will help patients receive holistic, evidence-based nursing care and engage in a collaborative care journey so they can achieve desired health outcomes through comprehensive assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Every day you will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, implement interventions, and continuously reassess patient responses to ensure effective outcomes. You will be expected to apply critical thinking to adapt to changing patient conditions, utilize various resources for clinical decisions, advocate for patient needs, and meticulously document all aspects of care within established timeframes.
To be successful in this role you must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Job Requirements
Required

1 year Gastrointestinal experience

$67.71 - $67.71 /hour
