Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Nurse Shift Manager, you will help our nursing staff plan and execute patient care on a designated shift so they can deliver excellent patient outcomes and maintain a well-organized medical environment.
Every day you will supervise nursing staff, manage patient assignments, and proactively address staffing needs. You will be expected to assess, monitor, and educate staff on patient care, institute emergency procedures as necessary, and ensure all supplies and records are meticulously maintained for smooth operational flow.
To be successful in this role you must possess strong leadership and communication skills, be adept at analyzing data and coordinating tasks.

Pay Range
$60.65 - $92.23 /hour
