The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $54.00 and $ 55.92 . Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health services throughout the Greater Boston area. This role is responsible for patient assessments, care planning, OASIS documentation, care coordination, and clinical oversight of home health services while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
-
Initiate, develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
-
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and state and federal regulations
-
Complete comprehensive patient assessments, including accurate and timely OASIS documentation and medication reconciliation

Coordinate patient care and communicate changes in condition to appropriate healthcare providers
-
Supervise and provide direction to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) as appropriate
-
Conduct required supervisory visits and ensure quality patient care delivery

Deliver care within established infection control standards and best nursing practices

Accurately document patient visits and clinical interventions according to policy and payer requirements

Maintain timely synchronization of clinical documentation and patient records
-
Participate in care coordination activities to support positive patient outcomes
Required Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License

Prior Home Health Nursing experience

Experience completing OASIS assessments and documentation

Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills

Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload autonomously

Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience caring for post-acute care patients

Experience working with assisted living and nursing home populations

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Proven ability to onboard quickly and work independently in the field

Pay Details: $54.00 to $55.92 per hour
