FlexStaff - RN Clinical Coordinator- Ambulatory Surgery Center
Are you a seasoned RN with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and leading clinical teams? Do you have extensive experience in the OR, PACU, or ambulatory surgery centers? If so, our client wants you to be a vital part of their dynamic healthcare team!
FlexStaff is looking for a dedicated RN with at least 15 years of nursing experience, including management in high-acuity settings such as OR, PACU, or ambulatory surgery. If you've worked in critical care units like ER or ICU, that's a plus! We value leadership, expertise, and a commitment to quality care.
Manage a vital role in a facility committed to excellence and patient safety
No weekends or major holidays-work-life balance in a varied 5-day schedule, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise nursing care across Pre-Op, OR, and PACU, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality.

Collaborate closely with the Administrator to coordinate daily clinical operations.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies, laws, and standards.

Develop and implement infection control policies to protect patients and staff.

Drive Quality Improvement initiatives through our QAPI program.

Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and compassion.

Represent our healthcare delivery team in a positive, professional manner.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Active RN license in New York State
-
BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership in an acute care hospital or ambulatory surgery setting-ACS Experience a MUST

Prior management experience in a clinical environment

Strong understanding of Quality Improvement processes

Demonstrated leadership qualities and ethical character
