Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive health services in a school setting. This role involves supporting student health needs, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and healthy school environment.

Schedule Options:

Elementary Sites: 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM

Float Nurses (2 positions): Must be flexible to work varying school hours between 6:50 AM - 4:00 PM depending on assigned site

Hours per Week: 36

Contract Length: 9 months

Start Date: July 27, 2026
Assignment Overview
-
Provide school-based nursing services across assigned sites
-
Float nurses will support multiple locations as needed based on staffing coverage

Deliver care to students with a range of health needs, including chronic conditions
Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments ( med pass )

Provide care for students with conditions such as diabetes and asthma

Perform health screenings and assessments

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and charting

Support general school health operations and respond to student health concerns
Qualifications
-
Required: Active Missouri RN License
-
Required: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

Previous school nursing or pediatric experience preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
-
Ability to adapt to different school environments (for float positions)
Additional Requirements
- Must meet Amergis standard compliance requirements , including fingerprinting
