Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.

Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
-
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree upon hire
-
Six months of hospital nursing experience upon hire OR successful completion of the AHWC Graduate Nurse Training Program
-
Active Florida RN or APRN license required upon hire.

Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or RQI upon hire and then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols
-
Current American Heart Association Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification or RQI upon hire and then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols

Current American Heart Association Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or RQI upon hire and then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols

Current NIHSS Certification upon hire.
Pay Range:
$31.53 - $52.24
