Conducts comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs

Develops and individualizes patient-centered care plans based on assessment findings, physician orders, and evidence-based practice

Sets measurable patient goals and outcomes

Administers medications safely and accurately via various routes, including oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular, according to physician orders and hospital policy.

Performs skilled nursing procedures, treatments, and interventions as prescribed (e.g., wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, ventilator management oversight).

Monitors and interprets patient vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic test findings, taking appropriate action
