Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity with a home health team in Troy, Alabama !
Pay: $33-$36/hour
Location: Troy, AL (36081)
Contract: Three month contract, possibly of an extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Details:

Coverage area within a 50-mile radius of Troy, AL office

Productivity expectation: 30 points per week

On-call requirement: 1-2 weekends per month

Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide high-quality clinical care within LPN scope of practice
-
Follow established care plans and infection control procedures
-
Monitor and report patient needs to supervising RN
-
Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and care teams
-
Complete visit documentation, OASIS data sets, and coding requests accurately and on time
-
Maintain current medication records and ensure compliance with payer requirements
Requirements:
-
Active LPN license
-
Home health experience preferred
-
Experience with OASIS data sets
-
Strong nursing skills
-
Current CPR/BLS certification
