Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations for all nursing clinical support activities. This includes establishing and maintaining nursing personnel files, ensuring all licensing and certification criteria are met, and assisting with the review and revision of clinical policies and procedures. The RN ensures adequate staffing for assigned clinics, maintains effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs within budgetary parameters, and participates in the interviewing and recruiting of nursing personnel.
Responsibilities

Ensure licensing and certification criteria are met.

Assist with the review and revision of clinical policies and procedures.

Ensure adequate staffing for assigned clinics.

Maintain effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs within budgetary parameters.

Participate in the interviewing and recruiting of nursing personnel.

Perform tasks assigned to staff nurses as necessary.

Demonstrate working knowledge of labor laws and coordinate employee staffing, including vacations, sick leave, and overtime.

Ensure clinical operations and practice are consistent with organizational objectives.

Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction and quality assurance measures.

Direct the correct use of charge codes and coordinate education of all staff in correct procedures per reimbursement guidelines.

Develop new services and activities for patients, families, and staff in accordance with practice service objectives.
Essential Skills
-
Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.

Experience in health care and patient care.

Knowledge of infusion and clinical research.

Work Environment
The work environment is an office setting with a strong emphasis on teamwork and growth. The role is Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays, offering 4 weeks of paid time off and two floating days. Employees are also eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $3,000.
