Compensation and Schedule for the RN Navigator
RN Navigator - Full-time, onsite, $40-$52 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Join a great team!
Required Qualifications of the RN Navigator

3+ years of recent nursing experience required
-
Oncology or urology experience required
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Current Arizona RN license required

AHA BCLS certification required

Bachelor's degree in nursing required

Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the RN Navigator

Provide comprehensive patient and family support
-
Conduct clinical assessments, manage symptoms, and triage needs
-
Facilitate timely access and coordination or care
-
Identify and address barriers to care
-
Promote patient and family-centered decision-making
-
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
-
Ensure patient safety and provide necessary referrals
-
Advocate for patients and foster empowerment

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Contribute to program development and quality improvement
