Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN PRN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
What will you will do in this role:

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
-
Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

Associate Degree, BSN preferred
-
2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
-
Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
-
Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire
