We're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven ambulatory care environment serving underserved populations. This is an opportunity to influence patient outcomes, mentor clinical staff, and play a key role in clinic operations.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop RNs, LVNs, MAs, counselors, and phlebotomists

Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow
-
Provide direct patient care 2-3 days per week

Ensure compliance, quality, and regulatory readiness

Support primary care, chronic disease, and preventive health programs
What We're Looking For
-
Active California RN License
-
BSN required
-
5+ years of RN experience
-
2+ years of management experience
-
Experience at an ambulatory care or community health clinic

Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $145000.00/hr.
