Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Per Diem OBGYN, you will join our dynamic women's healthcare team in Gilbert, Arizona, to help provide essential coverage when full-time provider are off.
You will deliver comprehensive OB/GYN services, including antepartum, intrapartum, deliveries, and gynecological care. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your shifts to align with your work-life balance.
To be successful in this role, you must be board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN and possess a strong passion for clinical excellence. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are essential.

Full support and clinical integration with our Divisions of MFM/Advanced Gynecology/Patient Safety and Quality and Gynecological Oncology

Support of Pediatric Cardiologists and all sub-specialists from Phoenix Children's Hospital

New women's and children's pavilion in collaboration with Phoenix Children's Hospital on the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center campus with level IIIB NICU

RN coordinators and fully dedicated office/support staff
Job Requirements
Required
-
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

Completed ACGME Residency training

Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona

Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

Team-oriented provider passionate about providing quality care and furthering the healing ministry, while serving the poor and underprivileged

Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic, research and leadership roles. DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students.
