Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
Pay Rate: $ 55.92/hour
Contract: July 27, 2026 - September 21, 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
On-Call: Weekend on-call rotation required
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. This contract position is ideal for an RN with previous home health experience who is comfortable working independently, managing a flexible daily schedule, and delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Complete patient admissions and start-of-care assessments.

Perform recertification visits and resumption of care (ROC) visits.

Conduct routine skilled nursing visits.

Complete patient discharges and required documentation.

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home care.

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Productivity Expectations
- Maintain a productivity goal of 30 points per week .
Required Qualifications
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or higher.

Previous Home Health nursing experience.

Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR .

Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage daily patient visits.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Information

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Flexible scheduling of patient visits; office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Weekend on-call rotation is required.

Mileage reimbursement of $0.51 per mile is provided between the first and last patient visits each day.

Scrubs required.
Pay Details: $55.92 per hour
