Are you an experienced Psych RN looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a strong behavioral health nurse for a 13-week assignment in Westborough, MA, working within a Child Special Needs Unit .
Please note: This role requires candidates who have a solid background in both inpatient psychiatric nursing and children's behavioral health/psychiatric care . Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Shift Details
Required Experience
3+ years of recent inpatient psychiatric nursing experience
Experience working with pediatric/children's psychiatric patients
Comfortable caring for patients in a Child Special Needs Unit
Strong behavioral health assessment, de-escalation, and crisis intervention skills
Floating Requirement
Floating is required for this position. Candidates must be flexible and willing to float to other appropriate behavioral health units as needed. This is a key requirement, and applicants should be comfortable working in different patient care areas based on staffing and census needs.
Compensation
Local Pay: Up to $64/hr
Travel Pay Package: $2,477/week
