We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join CS360 , an innovative ambulatory intensive care program designed to care for our highest-risk patients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing program that is transforming how care is delivered for medically complex patients through an interdisciplinary, team-based approach.
About CS360
CS360 functions as an "ambulatory ICU," bringing together a multidisciplinary team to proactively manage complex medical conditions, optimize medications, coordinate care, and improve patient outcomes. This unique, consultative program focuses on individuals with complex chronic conditions, frequent hospitalizations, and high healthcare utilization, helping them remain healthy and safely at home while reducing avoidable hospital admissions.

Together, we take a comprehensive approach to caring for some of Cedars-Sinai's most medically vulnerable patients.
Qualifications
Qualifications
-
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

DEA certification
-
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience
-
2 or more years of clinical NP/PA experience.

Experience using electronic medical records (Epic preferred).

Experience with ambulatory care, triage, or inbox management.
